Twilio has notified us that they are seeing recovery of delivery times on the Verizon network. We are monitoring the incident and waiting for Twilio's final resolution of the incident.

Our SMS partner, Twilio, has notified us that they are investigating a delivery delay to the Verizon network. We are following the incident.
Customers may experience a delay in receiving SMS notifications. This will potentially impact customers attempting to use their second factor code to run payroll and tips payouts.
