Update
Our partner has informed us that AT&T delivery times have fully recovered. Verizon delivery delays have been fixed and our partner is working through the backlog of deliveries.

We continue to monitor the recovery of our partner's delay in delivering SMS. The partner and affected carriers (Verizon, and AT&T).
Verizon remains affected with delays. AT&T should see delivery times normalize.
